The goals of CreditLine Technical Support (CTS) are:

CTS provide‘s basic telephone technical support and licensing to CreditLine Software customers as a pay-per-incident solution at a rate of $2.00 per minute. CTS is available for calls 9:00am to 10:00pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.

Before contacting CTS you will need; the ability to allow for remote PC access via the internet and a payment method.
